Staging, hire, buy and styling
With a background in interior design, branding and marketing, we bring a creative but commercially focused eye to every project. Whether the brief is to stage an empty property, furnish a rental, buy furniture for a landlord or refine an occupied home for viewings, every decision is shaped around the property, the audience and the impression the space needs to make.
The aim is always to add perceived value. We use furniture, styling, layout, visual balance and market awareness to make a property feel more desirable online, more memorable in person and easier to position in the market.
Sophie Claret
Sophie founded Decoro Design, formerly Stage My Property, after building more than 20 years of experience in interiors. Her work combines practical styling knowledge with a strong interest in graphic design and marketing, which influences how every room is composed, photographed, positioned and experienced.
Her approach is warm, visual and commercially minded: creating homes, rentals and show homes that feel aspirational, believable and ready for the next buyer, tenant or guest to imagine themselves in.
